Known for his creative flair and knack for keeping things on schedule, Allan wears many hats—showrunner, producer, and, at times, team therapist. When he’s not perfecting a cut or orchestrating a production, he’s likely brainstorming the next big idea to help clients stand out in a crowded media landscape.

    With over 20 years of experience in media and post-production, Becka brings expertise across a wide range of content formats and genres. She is highly skilled with non-linear editing systems such as Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere Pro. A strong storyteller, she thrives in fast-paced environments and remains calm under pressure. Her background includes research, writing, and editing in scripted, documentary, and reality/non-scripted content. Becka has also led teams, managed schedules, and ensured timely, high-quality deliverables. Committed to excellence and driven by curiosity, she approaches every project with integrity and dedication.

    Jonathan Lee is an editor with 19 years of experience in NYC and LA, known for his dynamic storytelling and professionalism. He combines creative and technical expertise with a collaborative approach. His editing credits include Doomsday Preppers (Nat Geo), Pawn Stars (History Channel), Punk'd with Chance the Rapper (Roku/MTV Studios), Follow Me (Crackle), The Crew League (Revolt TV), and work with Allen Media Group for Justice Central TV.

    Tim Kotthoff is a video editor with over a decade of experience in episodic and documentary TV, specializing in true crime, home renovation, competition, and lifestyle genres. Starting as a story producer and editor, he honed his craft in narrative storytelling. Now a Lead Editor, he has worked on projects for A&E, Discovery, and HGTV, with episodes streaming on Hulu and Max. He has also edited brand content for Anheuser-Busch InBev, Nestlé Purina, and AT&T, but his passion remains storytelling in episodic and documentary TV.

  • Danielle Beeber

    Danielle is a New York-based editor with over 20 years in post-production, drawn to the complexity of the human experience and driven to tell visual stories with empathy and precision. A Columbia MFA graduate, she discovered her passion for editing as a space for deep focus and creative collaboration. Her work spans independent docs, scripted shorts, comedy, and series for HBO, Showtime, Amazon, Hulu, National Geographic, VICE, and more. Influenced by filmmakers like Almodóvar, Ramsay, Cholodenko, and Jarmusch, she continues to explore new storytelling forms while chasing goals like completing a written work, walking the Camino de Santiago, and finally baking the perfect croissant.

    Michael Gregory is a seasoned television editor with a strong track record of crafting compelling narratives across various genres. He has worked with leading production companies, including Big Fish Entertainment, Matador Content, and Viacom, bringing both creative vision and technical expertise to every project. Known for his keen eye for detail and passion for storytelling, he consistently delivers high-quality content that engages audiences and exceeds client expectations.

    Seth is an independent filmmaker, writer, editor, and marketing entrepreneur with 20 years of visual media and communication experience editing commercials, social media marketing content, short-form documentaries, and feature-length narrative series projects. His work has been featured on campaigns for Habitat for Humanity, The Toro Company, Marshfield Clinic and Pure Michigan. From concept to final deliverable, Seth prioritizes listening to his client's needs first to help them define their brand voice and build narratives that will forge an authentic connection with their audience.

    Jessica is an editor with over a decade of experience crafting award-winning features and series for Netflix, FX, Paramount, Hulu, and Amazon. Her work includes the Emmy-nominated “Omoiyari,” the Spirit Award-winning “Hollywood Black,” and FX’s “The Secrets of Hillsong.” She has also edited branded work for companies such as Bose, Red Bull, and Rolex. Currently, she is cutting a short scripted film set for the 2026 festival circuit.

With over 15 years in post-production, she has built a diverse portfolio spanning independent documentaries, documentary series, true crime, competition, culinary, commercial promos, branded content, and trailers. She has worked with networks including Discovery, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, PBS, CBS, VICE, and A&E/History. Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented, she thrives under tight deadlines and is equally comfortable leading a project or collaborating as part of a team. Whether crafting a thirty-second promo or an hour-long documentary, she is dedicated to revealing each story in a dynamic and engaging way.

    Gary is an award-winning editor, producer and storyteller.
    He loves the challenge of translating ideas into compelling content. He works in all genres from documentaries, news segments and promotional content to social media, branding and non-traditional forms of story-telling. Gary has won two Emmys for his short-form work and a Gerald Loeb Journalism award and multiple international film festival laurels for his long-form work.
